Ingredients
  

  • 130 grams Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Coffee Grounds
  • 64 grams of Cocoa Powder
  • 96 grams Granular Monk fruit Sweetener or Stevia powder or sweetener of your choice
  • 130 grams of Almond Butter
  • 32 grams of Melted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 120 grams Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Take a mixing bowl and combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, coffee grounds, cocoa powder, and monk fruit.
  • Add in the almond butter, melted butter and beaten eggs and stir until smooth. The mixture should be thick.
  • Add in the chocolate chips.
  • Place lightly greased parchment paper in an 8×8 baking pan and spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  • Bake for 20–22 minutes.
  • Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
