- 2 Medium diced ripe avocados
- 6 large boiled eggs
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp fresh dill
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Boil the eggs and then peel and dice them nicely. Now, put the diced eggs in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add avocados to the eggs and mix well. The avocados will turn creamier as you stir them with eggs.
Now, squeeze half the lemon over the eggs and add onion, dill, pepper, and salt into it. Stir well again to blend the mixture.
Serve immediately.
