Keto Avocado Smoothie is a creamy, nutrient-dense drink perfect for a ketogenic diet. In healthy fats, fiber, and essential nutrients within your carb limits make it an ideal breakfast or snack.

- 1 Avocado large
- Cold Almond Milk 350 ml
- 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Sweetener of your choice
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Protein powder (optional)
- 4 Coconut Milk Ice cubes
Take off the skin and remove the pit from the avocado.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it's really smooth.
If you like it thick and creamy like ice cream, you can add a few coconut milk ice cubes. To make these, just freeze some canned coconut milk in an ice cube tray.
Don't use regular ice cubes as they'll weaken the flavor of the smoothie.
Serve it chilled.
If you have leftovers, cover them and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
