Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado large
  • Cold Almond Milk 350 ml
  • 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener of your choice
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder (optional)
  • 4 Coconut Milk Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Take off the skin and remove the pit from the avocado.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it's really smooth.
  • If you like it thick and creamy like ice cream, you can add a few coconut milk ice cubes. To make these, just freeze some canned coconut milk in an ice cube tray.
  • Don't use regular ice cubes as they'll weaken the flavor of the smoothie.
  • Serve it chilled.
  • If you have leftovers, cover them and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
