- 1/2 Cup wild blueberry frozen
- 1 Cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 tbsp ground flax meal
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
Take a blender and put all the mentioned ingredients in it and blend to form a fine mixture.
Once it’s finely blended and you got the perfect smoothie consistency, pour it in a glass.
