Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup wild blueberry frozen
  • 1 Cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 tbsp ground flax meal
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender and put all the mentioned ingredients in it and blend to form a fine mixture.
  • Once it’s finely blended and you got the perfect smoothie consistency, pour it in a glass.
  • Add some blueberries on the top for garnishing and serve immediately.
