For Soft-Folded Eggs:
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil in it. Now, add 2 tbsp of butter. Keep the flame low.Add the whisked egg mixture and turn the flame to medium. Don’t stir for a minute. After that, slowly fold in the egg mixture gently.
You have to slowly fold it to get big cooked egg chunks. You may break the big chunks into smaller ones, but it shouldn’t look like scrambled eggs.
Cook it for around 2-3 mins.Put it onto a plate.
For Butter Garlic Sauce
Again, add 1 tsp of oil and then add 3 tbsp of butter in heated oil on medium flame.
Add finely chopped garlic, stir, and sauté for around 1-2 minutes.
Then, add pepper powder, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes in it.
Reduce the flame and add the corn flour. Stir it on low heat for 1 minute and make sure no lumps are formed.
Keep the heat low and add the milk into this mixture. Also, add 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and cook on low heat for around 1-2 minutes till your sauce thickens.
Final Step:
Add cooked eggs to sauce. Gently fold and heat for 1-2 minutes. Garnish it with parsley and serve hot.
