Ingredients
  

For the Egg Mix

  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

For Butter Garlic Sauce

  • 7-8 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1.5 tsp corn flour 3/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2-3 tbsp Finely Chopped Parsley 2 tsp Oil
  • 5 tbsp Butter (50 g)

Instructions
 

For Soft-Folded Eggs:

  • Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil in it. Now, add 2 tbsp of butter. Keep the flame low.
    Add the whisked egg mixture and turn the flame to medium. Don’t stir for a minute.
  • After that, slowly fold in the egg mixture gently.
  • You have to slowly fold it to get big cooked egg chunks. You may break the big chunks into smaller ones, but it shouldn’t look like scrambled eggs.
  • Cook it for around 2-3 mins.
    Put it onto a plate.

For Butter Garlic Sauce

  • Again, add 1 tsp of oil and then add 3 tbsp of butter in heated oil on medium flame.
  • Add finely chopped garlic, stir, and sauté for around 1-2 minutes.
  • Then, add pepper powder, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes in it.
  • Reduce the flame and add the corn flour. Stir it on low heat for 1 minute and make sure no lumps are formed.
  • Keep the heat low and add the milk into this mixture. Also, add 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and cook on low heat for around 1-2 minutes till your sauce thickens.

Final Step:

Add cooked eggs to sauce. Gently fold and heat for 1-2 minutes. Garnish it with parsley and serve hot.
