Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon refined oil
  • 400 gm paneer

For Marination

  • 4 cheese cubes
  • 4 tablespoon almonds
  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon onion seeds
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala for Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Cut paneer into small cubes and keep aside for a while. Now, grate cheese cubes and cashews, and grind them well to make a thick paste.
  • Now, take a large bowl and put grated cheese and cashew paste in it. After that, add ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder, green cardamom powder, fresh cream, and thymol seeds to the mixture. Mix everything well and keep this marinade aside.
  • Marinate the cut paneer cubes and let it sit for around 30 minutes.
  • After a while, gently add marinated paneer cubes to the skewer and prick them slightly. Now, it’s time to grill the paneer cubes for 10 minutes while basting with oil/butter.
  • Once paneer cubes are properly grilled, put them on a plate.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on it and enjoy your Keto paneer malai tikka.
