Keto Guacamole is a creamy, flavorful dip that’s perfect for a ketogenic diet. Made with ripe avocados, it’s rich in healthy fats and loaded with nutrients.

- 1 Avocado (250grams)
- 5 grams Cilantro/Coriander
- 50 grams Tomato
- 50 grams Onion
- 1 Tsp Lime juice
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin (Optional)
- 1 Clove garlic (Optional)
- 15 grams (Jalapenos Optional)
Begin by cutting the avocado in half and removing its seed carefully. Take out the flesh vertically and horizontally in the form of cubes. It’s easier to scoop out cubes using a spoon.
Add avocado flesh into a large bowl and add seasoning - a pinch of salt along with cumin power. Mix it gently until it turns into the desired texture.
Now add other ingredients – chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.
If you want to add jalapenos and garlic, mix them too. Mash and blend everything as per your desired texture.
Now, your keto guacamole is ready to be served.
