Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • Cauliflower 225 grams
  • 110 gramsMasala
  • 170 gramsWhole Mushrooms
  • Green Beans, Sliced170 grams
  • Tomato Purée170 grams
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee, or Melted Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, minced
  • Garlic clove
  • 1 minced clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder (raw ground chillies)
  • 1/4 Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • Salt and pepperAs per your preference

Garnish

  • Sliced Green Onion
  • Chopped Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Take a non-stick frying pan and put it over medium-high heat on a gas top, then add the oil to the pan.
  • When the oil is hot, add the vegetables, ginger & garlic, and stir.
  • Sauté until veggies are crisp and tender.
  • Turn the heat down to medium and add the tomato sauce and spices.
  • Cook until the sauce reduces a bit and the vegetables are cooked.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
