Ingredients
  

  • Chicken 200g
  • 1 Olive oil1 tablespoon (2 tablespoons for pan fry)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Zest to taste

For dip

  • Cheese 20 gram
  • 3 tablespoons Cream
  • 3 chopped Garlic pods
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spring onions 5 gram

Instructions
 

  • Give the chicken a flavorful boost by marinating it in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, pepper, salt, and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  • Once marinated, fry them up in oil until golden perfection.
  • Garnish it with 10g spring onions.
  • Enjoy with green chutney or cheese dip.
  • Prepare the dip by combining cheese, 3 tablespoons of cream, chopped garlic pods, salt, and pepper. Pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds, and you're good to go!
  • Mix and add 5g chopped spring onions.
  • Serve well and enjoy it!
