- 1 Slices Bacon
- 240 grams Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp Butte
- 100 grams Baby Spinach
- 240 grams Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 6 large Eggs
- 60 grams Heavy Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
First, preheat your oven to 180 degree C/356F.
Now, take a cast-iron frying pan and heat it over a high heat over a gas top.
Dice the bacon and add to the pan. Sauté it for 4 minutes, then add butter.
Later, add mushrooms and sauté for 3 more minutes.
Toss in spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted. Turn off the heat.
Sprinkle cheddar over sautéed ingredients.
Now take a mixing bowl and whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in until combined.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and then place it in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
Take out of the oven, slice into four pieces, and serve.
