Keto Vietnamese Egg Coffee Recipe

Today, I am sharing with you my Keto Vietnamese Egg Coffee, which is very easy to brew at home. I first tried it during my Goa trip last summer and instantly knew I had to recreate it with a keto-friendly twist.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Stevia (as per your taste)
  • 60 ml brewed Vietnamese coffee

Instructions
 

  • First of all, brew your Vietnamese coffee. The stronger, the better—as it tastes good with the creamy egg froth.
  • Now, add egg yolk in a mixing bowl along with vanilla extract, stevia, and heavy whipping cream.
  • Take a hand blender to whisk it vigorously for 3 minutes until the mixture becomes pale in color.
  • Now, pour freshly brewed coffee into a mug and gently pour the frothy egg mixture on top.
  • Give it a gentle stir and enjoy your delicious keto-friendly coffee that’s energizing and comforting at the same time.
