Ingredients
  

  • Red chilli flakes and spring Onion Greens 200 gram
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • Broccoli Florets 200 gram
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce/ Coconut Aminos (if you are strict on Keto Diet)
  • Red chilli flakes and spring Onion Greensfor garnishing
  • 500 gms Chicken Breasts
  • Pepper (grounded) to taste

Instructions
 

Method

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with a mix of salt and pepper.
  • In a pan, heat sesame oil, then add the chicken pieces. Cook on high heat until the chicken turns brown. Take it out and set it aside.
  • In the same pan, put in ginger and garlic. Toss in broccoli florets and cook until they are tender but still a bit crisp.
  • Feel free to include green and red bell peppers and mushrooms for added flavor and variety.
  • Add the chicken back into the pan and give it a good toss.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken broth and Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos. Pour this mixture into the pan.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook for a few minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Toss everything on high flame for a quick couple of seconds to keep it crispy.
  • Sprinkle some red chili flakes and chopped spring onion greens as a garnish. Salt according to taste.
    Enjoy it hot.
