This soaring summer has already started giving us a tough time. To beat the rising heat, there’s nothing quite like a tall glass of watermelon juice, laced with a dash of lime and the zing of fresh mint leaves. Today, I’m sharing with you my easy Watermelon Juice with Mint & Lime Recipe that takes only 5 minutes to prepare.
Since the recipe is so simple to prepare, I didn’t post it before. But this summer, I decided to share it with you to help you prepare your quick refresher on hot, sunny days. The hydrating watermelon juice is perfect to boost your energy while uplifting your spirits on summer days.
With a handful of mint leaves and some lime, you can add a burst of flavor to this refreshing drink. I also add a pinch of black salt to this recipe to add a little twist to the naturally sweet watermelon. Plus, it perfectly complements the juicy watermelon while aligning with your Ketogenic Lifestyle.

Keto Watermelon Juice with Mint Recipe

- 4 cups of watermelon (diced into 1-inch cubes)
- Juice of half-cut lime
- 8-10 mint leaves
- A pinch of black salt (optional)
Take a blender, add all the ingredients into it, and blend to make a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a fine-mesh strainer and keep pressing the pulp to extract its juice into a bowl.
Pour the collected juice into a glass and serve with some ice cubes.
If you don’t like ice cubes in juice, keep the collected juice in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
