If you follow a strict Ketogenic Lifestyle as I do, you know sweet cravings can hit you out of nowhere! Some days you may feel like a keto warrior, and the next day, you might be desperately looking for something sweet but low-carb in your fridge. That’s exactly where you would need my Keto Coffee Fat Bombs! They’re so easy to make, and after one bite, you’ll be asking yourself how you ever survived without them!
These bite-sized, energy-loaded snacks consist of a mix of mascarpone, cream cheese, and ristretto coffee (or extracted coffee). I also added some chocolate whey protein isolate to my recipe for an extra boost of energy. Plus, some salt flakes are enough to tie all the ingredients together in a flavorful way. The best part is how easily you can whip them up and keep a batch in your freezer—perfect for curbing sweet cravings or pairing them with your evening tea or coffee.

Keto Coffee Fat Bombs Recipe

- 1 cup (250 g) cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 (180g) mascarpone cheese
- 4 tbsp chocolate whey protein isolate (or any powdered sweetener of your choice)
- 1 tsp coffee extract or 25 g ristretto coffee
- A pinch of salt flakes
OPTIONAL TOPPING -
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 50 g dark chocolate (sugar-free)
CONVENTIONAL METHOD –
Take a large bowl to mix all the ingredients. Use a hand mixer to perfectly blend all ingredients to form a smooth consistency.
Scoop out 1 teaspoon of batter into a 30-hole silicone cup mold (or any size of your choice). Smooth the top using a teaspoon.
Once all the molds are filled, place them in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.
For the optional topping, you can melt coconut oil and dark chocolate. Once you take out the fat bombs from the molds, place them in a small lined baking tray to drizzle over the chocolate.
Then, again, place it into the freezer until it sets. Store it in an airtight container for savoring later.
