Have you ever wanted a sweet treat, but all you could reach for was one loaded with carbs and sugar? I know the exact feeling! That’s how I came up with today’s Keto Pinni Recipe. This recipe is born out of my sweet craving, Keto twist, and my love for Indian sweets.
Inspired by traditional North Indian Pinni—a nutty, indulgent delight often enjoyed in winter—my pinni recipe comes with a keto-friendly makeover. So, it contains no sugar & no refined flour. It contains only wholesome ingredients, such as walnuts, almonds, and flax seeds, with sweetness provided by erythritol. I also call them “Power Ladoos,” as each is loaded with healthy fiber, fats, and the right amount of richness to align with my Ketogenic Lifestyle.
Whether you’re a beginner or a long-time Keto follower like me, you can keep this recipe in your weekly meal prep routine. The best part is that these are super easy to prepare and need no fancy tools. You can also store it in your fridge to enjoy daily or whenever you crave something sweet.
